Overlay Check – Privacy Policy

Overlay Check is a Chrome extension that overlays design mockup images on web pages. It is published by Štěpán Ševčík, Znojmo, Czech Republic (contact: stepan@grafikasevcik.cz).
What data the extension handles
- Your mockup images and overlay settings are stored only locally in your browser (chrome.storage). They are never uploaded to any server.
- The extension runs only on the tab where you click its icon (activeTab permission). It does not read or collect your browsing history or page content.
- Payments for the optional Pro upgrade are processed by ExtensionPay (extensionpay.com) and Stripe. To check whether you have paid, the extension contacts ExtensionPay with an anonymous install key; if you log in to restore a purchase, ExtensionPay uses your email address. What we do not do
- We do not sell or share your data.
- We do not use your data for advertising or credit decisions.
- We do not use analytics or tracking in the extension.
