Split Names – Privacy Policy

Split Names is a Google Sheets add-on that splits full names in a column into title, first, middle and last name, suffix and nickname.

What data the add-on accesses

The add-on uses the spreadsheets.currentonly scope: it can read and change only the spreadsheet in which you open it, and only when you run it. Your spreadsheet data is processed inside Google Apps Script and is never sent to us or to any third party, and is not stored outside your spreadsheet.

If you activate a Pro licence, the licence key you enter is sent to Gumroad (gumroad.com) to verify it, and the key and your Pro status are saved in your Google account’s add-on user properties. See the Gumroad privacy policy.

What we do not do

We do not collect, sell or share your data, we do not use it for advertising, and the add-on contains no analytics or tracking.

Google API data

Split Names’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
